Panel Discussion on I 1631 and I 1634

You are invited to this panel discussion of two ballot initiatives, sponsored by Real Change Homeless Empowerment Project. A panel representing views for and against will discuss I-1631, which would enact a carbon emissions fee on large emitters; and I-1634, which would prohibit local government entities from imposing any new tax, fee, or other assessment on grocery items. Following the discussion, the panel will take questions from the audience.
